This checklist is a guide — not every item needs to be perfect. The more complete it is, the better your photos will turn out. Items left undone may require corrections like object removal, retouching, or reshoots, which can incur additional costs. Do your best to prep, and we'll handle the rest.
Do not complete checklist items during the shoot
Our photographers are not stagers — their job is to capture the property, not prepare it. Moving items, tidying rooms, or working through this checklist during the shoot disrupts the workflow and delays the schedule. A $75 fee may apply if on-site preparation during the shoot affects the scheduled timeline. Have everything ready before we walk through the door.
